EXPERIENCE MATTERS

You can’t do a job without the right tools. We get that. And with 3 roof heights, 3 lengths and Chassis Cab and Cutaway models, there’s an E-Transit for every job. In addition, electric vehicles can mean reduced operating costs and less scheduled maintenance. And because we take the words Built Ford Tough seriously, we durability-tested it above and beyond our customer’s expectations. So, you can count on it to show up, and get the job done.

BUILT TO SUPPORT YOU

With E-Transit you get more than a van. You have the backing of a company that has been leading business for over a century. That means a fully connected ecosystem that will help you maximize uptime and minimize worry. With a nation-wide network of EV- certified dealers, access to North America’s largest public charging network and knowledgeable upfitting partners, we have the solutions already in place to help you transition your fleet to electrification. It also helps meet your charging solution needs, all while having full access to EV-certified dealer support.*

THE ULTIMATE BUSINESS PARTNER

Before we electrified the Transit we talked to real world businesses and designed it around them. For instance, the targeted range of up to 203 kilometres was based on what they told us they needed to get the job done day in and day out. So, businesses get a true work van designed to meet their real-world challenges. Offering all of the benefits of an electric vehicle without sacrificing the capability.

PRO POWER ONBOARD

With 2.4 kW of power, Pro Power Onboard has enough charge to power the tools you need to get the job done. From saws, drills, jackhammers and more to tablets, laptops and label scanners, eliminating the need for an inverter. And since it works while the van is driving, it’s easy to keep things powered between jobs.

BUILT WITHOUT COMPROMISE

One thing we didn’t do with the E-Transit is sacrifice what you need most. For instance, by integrating the battery underneath the body of the vehicle you get the benefits of electricity, without compromising cargo space. And with 3,800 lbs. of maximum available payload you can feel comfortable using every inch of that space to bring what you need along for the ride.

FUNCTIONAL AND ACCOMMODATING

We believe what’s inside counts. So, the E-Transit was designed to make manoeuvring around easy. By redesigning the centre console with a new rotary shifter and replacing the manual parking brake lever with e-brake on the dash, we improved interior walk-through. And the available overhead shelf delete can give you even more headspace when moving around the vehicle. The result is greater functionality and greater productivity.

WE’VE GOT CHARGING COVERED

It’s one thing to build an electric vehicle. It’s another to build an entire system of easy charging
services, including access to the largest public charging network in North America.* This allows you to effortlessly maximize uptime and keep your vehicles on the road. So, you can keep your business running.

DEPOT CHARGING

When you’re charging overnight back at home base, we have the tools to get charged more quickly. With the available Ford Connected Charge Station, Ford estimates that customers with the 240V/48-amp hard-wired charge station will be able to add an average range of 48 kilometres per charging hour.

PUBLIC CHARGING

We make it easy to charge on the go with access to North America’s largest public charging network. * And you won’t need to pay or sign up for multiple charge networks. Ford gives you two years of complimentary access for easy pay-as-you-drive charging.

HOME CHARGING
